Dear Grand Masters, Masters, Instructors & Competitors,

On behalf of the R.I.T.A Tournament Committee, I would like to invite you to the RITA ITF Ireland Cup 2019 to be hosted in the Neptune Stadium, Cork

The individual’s event will include:
− Patterns and Sparring for all Junior, Senior and Veteran competitors
− Special Technique will only be open for all Junior and Senior competitors
− Power will only be open for Senior and Veteran competitors.

Please note that this is a pre-register only event. All entries should be made using the Excel entry spreadsheet and returned to tournaments@rita-itf.org (Link available on www.ritaitf.org) no later than Saturday 23rd March 2019. Individual forms must follow and be scanned or posted to arrive no later than Friday 29th March. Postal address available by return of entry spreadsheet. Please remember that accurate information is the responsibility of the instructor, any errors cannot be amended on the day.

January hosted by Grandmaster Howard's School, we strongly recommend all

Black Belts to attend.

student Black Belts not be included on this list please advise,

including their email address at your earliest convenience.

This sparring camp is part of a series of excellent training weekends with multiple World and European Taekwon-Do champion, Mr Konstantin Yurikov from Russia. The camp is accessible to new and experienced black belts and colour belts alike (yellow belt and above). This event is only open to members of the Republic of Ireland Taekwon-Do Association.

If you are interested in developing your sparring skills for both competitions and gradings then this event is for you.

Places are limited due to space, so book early and don't miss out. The last camp was fully sold out.

Note: The usual venue (St Joseph's School) has been renamed Holy Family School for the Deaf, 7 Navan Rd, Dublin 7.

The Instructors & Students from Naas Taekwon-Do School cordially invite you and your students, to attend their annual “Self Defence” Seminar on Sunday 18th November in St. Mary’s College, Sallins Road, Naas, Co. Kildare. (SPORTS HALL)

 

Self Defence Seminar conducted by ITF 9th Degree Grandmaster Barrett is open to all RITA registered members from 10th Kup and above.

Parents, family, & friends of the students are welcome to attend for the morning session Only.

Please note application form enclosed outlining full details of fees etc, and can be downloaded from Naas Taekwon-Do web site / face book page

Lunch Break 12.30-2.00pm (No food facilities, bring packed lunch)

 

As the RITA have introduced Self Defence Techniques (release from grabs etc) to the Grading Syllabus from 2nd Kup and above we would encourage Instructors / Black Belts and indeed all members to attend the Seminar.
