April Online Grading Results

Congratulations to the students who passed our first online grading during the CoVid19 restrictions. The colour belt students were training towards their April grading but unfortunately, we had to stop training due to the crisis. Master Howard advised them all to keep training at home and that this was actually a great time to really improve their skills and flexibility.

The grading was rescheduled and done online with the help of WhatsApp and Zoom and parents operating the camera. Master Howard adapted the syllabus slightly to make the online environment work, but all the students showed that they had been practicing hard and were well prepared.

Hopefully we’ll be back in the dojang soon, but in the meantime we all need to set our realistic goals and plan how we will use this unique time effectively. Students often say that they don’t have time to stretch at home so now is a great opportunity to put the time in and develop the flexibility for when we get back into the dojang.   Depending on what happens in the future we might have another online grading.
