Congratulations to Brona Kelly and David Cleary who were promoted to 9th kup by examiner Senior Master Phelan 8th degree. SM Phelan said that he was very happy with their performance and gave both students feedback on how to improve their techniques. The two new yellow tips will now learn the first Taekwon-Do pattern, Chon Ji.
